About Dr. Lindsey
Dr. Lindsey Friedman LAc, DACM
Dr. Lindsey Friedman's calling to be a resource for people on their path to optimal health emanated from her own journey of personal wellness after going through a major car accident. She integrated both Western treatments and Eastern medical treatments to achieve her health goals of body, mind and spirit. She saw first hand the immense benefits of Eastern medicine including acupuncture, acupressure, herbal medicine and stress & emotional management techniques.
She completed internships at both Rady Children’s Hospital and a Veterans clinic in San Diego. At Rady Children’s Hospital she gained valuable experience working with children of all ages in the pediatric chronic pain program. At the Veterans clinic, her work focused on chronic pain, mental and emotional health issues. She received her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTOM) and Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM).
Outside of her career, her interests include spending time in nature with her husband, son, dog, family and friends. She enjoys meditation, yoga, hiking and snowboarding.
Dr. Lindsey Friedman looks forward to meeting with you and assisting in your personal health goals.
